KONOS Unit Study Curriculum
When I first heard about KONOS, I was intrigued. It sounded like something I might be interested in, but had never "put my hands" on their products. And when I found out how much their new curriculum cost, I put the idea to use their books on my mind's back burner.
Then, it occurred to me that I could probably find KONOS materials used! I knew I could find it at a discounted price and that if I ended up not liking it, could resell it back on eBay or any other homeschool auction site.
We've been using KONOS for some time, KONOS in a Box specifically, and it is refreshingly simple to use. The KONOS in a Box has EVERYTHING you need...no trips to the library to find that the book you need isn't available. A big perk for me with 4 young children and a very small local library! It also includes craft supplies for activities that supplement the lessons.
If you're looking for an "all included" curriculum as a Unit Study, KONOS in a Box is a great way to go! If you have a great home library or have a great local library, KONOS Character Curriculum is outstanding as well. Most of the craft supplies are items many homeschoolers already have around the house, and those that you don't have are inexpensive to pick up at your local discount or craft store.
